Juniors (U11s-U16s) – Juniors train midweek (day/times dependant on which team they are in) and then games or an additional training session will take place on a Sunday (time dependant on team and opposition)

Membership Fees
All new players will be given a 4-week free trial period, thereafter we charge the following membership fees per season (Sept-May):
Minis (U5s/U6s)- £75
Minis (U7s-U10s) - £105
Juniors (U11s-U16s) - £130
Academy (U16s-U18s) - £140
Family Pass* - £50
The family pass is new for the 2026/27 season; a pass needs to be purchased per family alongside the relevant age grade subscription. This will enable you to watch senior games free of charge (normally £5 per game) and give you the ability to bid for international tickets.
*A family pass is not required if you have a current VP membership or senior playing membership.

You will need to sign up via the RFU Game Management System below. where you can also purchase the relevant membership for your child: https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Dashboard/Organisation/457475

The registration with GMS ensures your player is insured to take part in fixtures, and the membership costs go towards; match fees, ground maintenance, kit, equipment, first aid supplies and match day food.

Membership fees can be paid in one or four instalments, but we don’t ever want finances to be a barrier to a person playing rugby, please speak to the Coach or Secretary in your team if you have any concerns. They will also be able to advise you on how to sign up should you encounter any problems and concessions for siblings.

Registering with GMS
To access GMS please visit - RFU website -
https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Dashboard/Organisation/457475
If this is your first time you will need to:
1. Create an adult account
2. Add your player as your child
3. Affiliate them with the club
4. Confirm they are a player for the club
Support for this process can be found online via GMS or speak to your Team Manager.

If you are a returning player, you will need to confirm your players status and make sure you are affiliated with the club each season via GMS.

PLEASE PURCHASE THIS AGAINST YOUR CHILDS NAME

Kit
We recommend that all players wear studded boots for training and they are compulsory for matches. Ordinary warm sports kit and waterproofs (that you don’t mind getting muddy!) is more than adequate for training, and for matches you will need the following:
● Studded boots
● Gum shield (U9s upwards)
● Black shorts
● Crewe and Nantwich playing shirt (some teams provide this so check with the relevant coach before you purchase one)
● Black/white/or black and white knee length socks
● Thermal layers (weather dependant)
● Waterproof top (weather dependant)
● Water bottle
Crewe and Nantwich kit can be purchased online from the Club Shop below and for the first few weeks of the season we will also be running a kit swap outside of Teds Shed so please keep your eyes peeled for some second-hand kit!
